1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders take up to 3 business days to process. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Please allow a total of 10–13 business days from the date of purchase.

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

3. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us at blazespe3d116@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a resolution if the damage occurred during shipping or due to our error.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s progress.

5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, as all sales are final.

6. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship domestically. (This can be updated if you add international shipping.)
